Your rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:

  • Opt out of sale or sharing — stop us from sharing or selling your information to contractors, lenders, or lead-marketplace partners going forward.
  • Know / Access — request a copy of the personal information we’ve collected about you.
  • Correct — request that we fix inaccurate information we hold about you.
  • Delete — request that we delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions (for example, consent-compliance records we’re required to keep).

Important: this doesn’t undo a transfer that already happened

If we already sent your information to a matched contractor or lender before you submit this request, we can’t recall that specific transfer from their systems. You’ll need to contact that contractor or lender directly and ask them to stop contacting you or to delete your information, under their own privacy policy. Submitting this form stops any further sale or sharing of your information by us, starting from when we process your request.

We’ll verify your request by matching the email or phone number below to what you originally submitted, then respond within 45 days (extendable once by another 45 days for complex requests, as permitted by law).

Provide at least one — email or phone — so we can find and verify your record.

You can also send your request directly to [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Rights Request,” your name, the email or phone number you originally submitted, and which right you’re exercising.

This site also honors Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out-of-sale request where technically feasible, for the browser and device sending the signal.
